Mazen Rasamny
Mazen Rasamny graduated in 1999 from St.Joseph University in Beirut with a degree in Lebanese Law and French Law. He holds a Diplome D’étude Approfondies (DEA) in Business Law from University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne in France and a LLM Degree from Harvard Law School in the United States of America. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and licensed as an advocate to practice in Lebanon. Rasamny has attended numerous seminars and conferences mainly the first international conference on the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) in Saudi Arabia and numerous workshops on Islamic Finance held in Malaysia. Toufic Saadi Toufic Saadi, graduated in 2000, with a degree in Lebanese and French Law from La Sagesse University in Beirut , is a holder of an Executive Master in Business Administration diploma (EMBA) from Ecole Superieure Des Affaires (ESA, Lebanon) and an MBA diploma from ESP – EAP Business School - Paris, in 2006. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and licensed as an advocate to practice in Lebanon Saadi has attended several conferences related mainly to franchising, and training program at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (The Hague-Netherlands) which consisted in assisting with several arbitration cases submitted to the Permanent court of Arbitration, involving intergovernmental banks and states. The firm comprises also a qualified and experienced team, combining outstanding, academic achievement and high professional training. |
